SEPTEMBER 2022: DISHA

DISHA is a five-day advanced leadership program that encapsulates key learning modules from across verticals of business. The program is co-developed by the Ullas Kamath Center for Family Managed Businesses along with industry veterans from various avenues. The program features key cases built on experiences from Indian businesses and is packed with pragmatic approaches and solutions to the contemporary growth-inhibiting   business problems that the small and medium scale family businesses are grappling with today.  The purpose of the program is to equip participants with a toolkit that can catalyze the continued prosperity of their enterprise and help them ensure inter-generational success through effective succession planning.
