DISHA, the advanced leadership program, spans five days and encompasses essential learning modules from diverse business verticals. Developed in collaboration with the Ullas Kamath Center for Family Managed Businesses and industry veterans from various sectors, the program includes key cases drawn from the experiences of Indian businesses. Focused on providing pragmatic approaches and solutions to contemporary growth challenges faced by small and medium-scale family businesses, DISHA aims to address pressing issues hindering business development.
Scheduled bi-annually, the 5th edition of the program is set to take place in April 2024. The program offers participants a comprehensive toolkit designed to catalyse the ongoing prosperity of their enterprises. Its primary objective is to empower participants with the skills necessary for effective succession planning, ensuring inter-generational success for their businesses.
